Siva the Real Speaker and Fighter

V Sivakumar, the legitimate Speaker for Perak State Assembly is the real fighter.

Last Saturday he was here in Kemaman Terengganu, speaking on what really happened at State Assembly Hall on 7 May 2009.

In a crowd over than 3,000 people, Siva firmly accused UMNO and Barisan Nasional was planning a conspiracy to topple him, before the council meeting at Perak State Assembly.

In the beginning of his speech, he said that BN is not only arrogant but also stupid that we called 'bodoh sombong' in Malay.

The first action taken by BN before the assembly is allowing pro-BN media only to cover the council meeting.

Siva said they purposely issued a media special pass for only certain press because they did not want the rakyat know what will happen on the council meeting.

It was not only that, action taken by State Legal Officer denying instruction of the Speaker and so did the same as Bentara declined to follow the instructed order, was part of the conspiracy.

As Sivakumar knows that BN will try, by any means to remove him from the speaker seat, he sat still on his chair from early morning, until he dragged out of the Hall by force.

Police was doing their job well, not to make people obeying the rules and regulations, but rather than that what was happened at Perak State Assembly was, police used by the government to break the law.

Installation Ganesan as speaker was illegal.

Eventually, the council not started at all. Sivakumar dismissed the motion a day earlier. BN’s ADUN was only table a dismissed motion !.

Yet, Zambry the illegal MB proposing the motion which he has no capacity on it, because he was suspended 12 months by the Dewan Right dan Privileges Committee
